: ھو الشافی nelofar flower, rose flower, aamla, bahera, harir, gao zuban except plum and tamarind, take all ingredients 50g and tamarind, plum 250g each. Soak all in 8 kg water after grinding at night in mild hot water; boil it on slow flame in the morning. When 3kg water evaporates put it of f from the stove and sieves it on getting cold add 5kg sugar and cook it till it becomes thick, fill it into the bottles. It is ready, don’t be afraid of colour, taste but see the effectiveness only.
